For much of the Eighteenth Century, what we know as The Hall was owned by the Pierrepont family and became known as ‘Kingston House’ or ‘The Duke’s House’ - William Pierrepont being the Earl of Kingston-upon-Hull.

Alex Moulton owned some remarkable and unique boats, as befitted a good friend of the world-famous powerboat designer Sonny Levi.
